Short walk to the beach
865 Delancey Place is located between 2nd & 3rd Streets on a one-way street. Our home is approximately 10 houses from the boardwalk (you must cross a small side street named Corinthian), a few blocks from Browns Donuts & Wonderland Pier (located at 6th Street.)
Castaway Cove
Description: Come to beautiful Ocean City & enjoy this large, renovated bright & cheery North-end beach block house. The upper cottage has 6 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, central air (plus ductless units for the 4th floor) & beautiful views of the ocean from both large decks. There's plenty of room for you, your family & your friends! Our Garden apartment features 2 bedrooms, (one with a bunk bed) and one bath. Don't wait long to book your week. Large, updated homes, close to the boardwalk like this one, are at a premium in Ocean City due to all the knock-downs & rebuilding of condos & duplexes. We do our best to improve our home and the quality of your vacation.
Rentals are based on a first lease/deposit received policy. Requesting a lease does not guarantee the week.
Family Groups Only: Ocean City is a family oriented community, therefore we will not rent to house parties or groups especially during Prom season or Senior Week.
