* The Security/Cleaning deposit is refundable.  We are very interested in finding & retaining good family rentals - not taking your security deposit to increase our rates.  We want people who will care for our home like we would & who may come back year after year.  We ask that you leave the home the way that you found it (this is the policy for most, if not all of the homes in Ocean City).  If you would prefer to have someone else clean after you leave, the cost for cleaning is $80.  Please ask if you have any questions regarding this policy.
