Family Groups Only: Ocean City is a family oriented community, therefore we will not rent to house parties or groups especially during Prom season or Senior Week.

The Security deposit is refundable. We are very interested in finding & retaining good family rentals - not taking your security deposit to increase our rates. We want people who will care for our home like we would & who may come back year after year. We ask that you leave the home the way that you found it.
