Rental Season |
If you are
interested in renting a week, please contact us. We will request a
deposit & a signed lease. Rentals are based on a first
lease/deposit received policy. Requesting a lease does not guarantee
the week.

| Renewal Policy - I am no longer able to
"hold" your week without a signed commitment (lease) or a deposit. If
you would like to come back after you've spent a relaxing vacation at our
home in OC, I will hold your security deposit as a down payment for next
year's vacation. If the rate should increase for your week, you would
have the right to decline that week & I will return your security deposit.
