Rentals are based on a first lease/deposit received policy.  Requesting a lease does not guarantee the week. 

Family Groups Only: Ocean City is a family oriented community, therefore we will not rent to house parties or groups especially during Prom season or Senior Week.  Sorry!

* The Security/Cleaning deposit is refundable.  We are very interested in finding & retaining good family rentals - not taking your security deposit to increase our rates.  We want people who will care for our home like we would & who may come back year after year.  We ask that you leave the home the way that you found it (this is the policy for most, if not all of the homes in Ocean City).  If you would prefer to have someone else clean after you leave, the cost for cleaning is $150, payable in a separate check.  Please ask if you have any questions regarding this policy.
